When you or your contractor create a login, you gain unlimited access to our Minor Works Construction Contract, along with other free-to-use contracts, templates, and forms.
We release payment when:
A. A deposit milestone is selected in the Project Registration form. This payment is released to the contractor on the commencement date specified in the agreement.
B. You approve the contractors invoice or it exceeds its due date without you taking any action.
C. For retention payments, when the defects liability period ends, and no claim is made against the remaining funds.

Either the contractor or client may cover the cost of the fee; If the client has opted to pay the fee, the contractor should add said fee to the first milestone of the project. If the contractor has opted to cover the fee this will be deducted from the first milestone of said project.
Our tiered pricing ensures even the smallest jobs are protected. For example, our Job Booker service has a flat 3% transaction fee, meaning a $400 job incurs a $12 fee.
