We release payment to you when:
A. A deposit milestone is selected in the Project Registration form. This payment is released to you on the commencement date specified by you.
B. You send an invoice or payment claim to your client via our platform, and the client either approves the invoice or it exceeds its due date without action.
C. For retention payments, when the defects liability period ends, and no claim is made against you for the remaining funds.
Using our service provides extra protection for your client. If you don't fulfil your duties under the contract, your client can pause fund release by raising a dispute on the platform. Job Booker is ideal for small, straightforward jobs under $5,000, typically lasting 5 days or less. It's a safety net to ensure quick payment for small jobs that wouldn't be worth chasing. Payment is only claimable on job completion (no deposit or retention available).
